Terms and Conditions for Parts2Go orders.

Parts2Go is an 'online only' used auto parts, pick a part superstore with a strong commitment to offering a convenient, first class buying experience to our customers. We offer simple fair trading terms with secure online ordering so that our customers can buy with confidence. Our terms offer you the cheapest delivery rates, postal insurance and simple no questions asked part warranties.

Quality Parts
All our parts are checked for a high quality standard before being sold to our customers. Most of our parts are used auto parts, some scratches or deviations from a new part must be expected within reason. All parts are graded by our 3 star 3 Star Rating quality accreditation. A 3 star rating is of highest quality, and a single star rating 1 Star Rating would denote our lowest quality rating. Parts purchased that do not meet the full 3 star rating are at the customers discression. All parts sold no matter what the rating are still covered by our standard warranty terms.

Payments
When you submit your order with your credit card payment details, you are authorising Parts2Go to debit your credit card up to the value entered in the payment amount field. All dollar values are in AU$. Your credit card payment is not processed until our sales staff have checked all the details of the order. Depending how many items are in the order, delivery amounts may change. Our sales staff will always try to find the best rate for your delivery and you will always be charged the lowest delivery amount.

example 1: You place an order for 4 items totalling $150, and the delivery amount shown for the four items comes to $50 (A total order amount of $200). Our sales staff will determine that the four items can be placed into a single box, making the delivery charge only $30. Our sales staff will process your credit card for the new order total of $180.

example 2: You place an order for 4 items totalling $150, and the delivery amount shown for the order was $30 (A total order amount of $180). Our sales staff determine that these items will require separate boxes and that the delivery charges will total $50. Our sales staff will contact you to inform you that the delivery charge is $20 more than the estimated amount in the order. You have a choice whether to accept the extra $20 for delivery or cancel the order. There is no penalty for cancelling an order and our friendly sales staff will be quite happy to help you out in this regard.


Delivery Time
Our sales staff aim at processing all orders in a 24hr window. Most orders depending on the time it takes to pack the item(s) will be processed the same day. Delivery pickups are at 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Our standard shipping is next business day, 2 to 3 days for rural areas. Shipping to destinations outside of Australia will be via air freight and shipping time will depend apon your country. All deliveries are shipped via the fastest, most cost efficient method to your area.

For cases where same day or weekend deliveries are required, please advise our sales staff of this via the delivery notes when placing your order. Extra charges may apply and you will be advised of these charges before the order is processed.


Warranty
All parts sold come with our standard 14 day warranty. This covers the part for either a replacement part or your money back. (Note: An additonal warranty may be purchased to protect your investment for an extended period, ie. Extended 12 month warranty.)

Warranty covers the part for;

  • any defects that may have occured before the part was received by the customer.
  • any defects that may occur used under normal operating conditions, under the manufacturers intended use of the part for 14 days from the invoice date.
  • cases where the part was incorrectly ordered. Wrong parts can be returned for replacement.

The warranty covers the part only, delivery charges are non-refundable. In the case of a replacement part, the return delivery charge will be at the customers expense, Parst2Go will pay for the delivery of the replacement part. Parts must be of the same quality that they were sold in. Parts returned damaged may not be aligable for a full refund.
Parst2Go excepts no liability for the labour incurred in fitting or removing any part(s).
Parts2Go excepts no liabilty for any damage that may occur through the use of any part(s).

Engine Sales Changeover
All engines are sold on a changeover basis. We require a changeover deposit of $100. This deposit is refunded to you in full when you return your old engine to us, at your own expense. If you are unable to return your old engine then the changeover deposit is not refunded. We do this purely for recycling purposes. For customers whom need their engine delivered, the freight cost for you to return your old engine to us may exceed the $100 deposit so your best off not sending the engine back and loosing your deposit.

Errors and Omissions
Parst2Go makes every attempt to present accurate information and pricing on this site. In the event that either part details or pricing is in error, Parts2Go accepts no liability and the customer will be contacted and informed of the incorrect information before Parts2Go will process the order. Customers have the right to cancel any purchase prior to the order being processed by Parts2Go.
